I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and self-contained, allowing me to cook my own food easily with the provided sink, electric kettle, and microwave. The staff were really welcoming and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay, offering movies on USB sticks for entertainment. However, some aspects of the service were lacking, with unhelpful staff who didn't even smile.

Upon arrival, my room wasn't ready until later, but once settled, it had everything we needed. I especially loved the spaciousness and cleanliness, plus the relief of the cool air from the air conditioning and ceiling fans. Having a cafe attached was a bonus for meals and drinks. However, some staff members were not helpful at all.
